PRAx, the College of Engineering and University Human Resources Present: Dance²
Employee appreciation event—tickets to any performance of Dance² are $5 for OSU faculty and staff!
An arts experience like no other, in which no two performances are alike. Dance² is what happens when roboticists and computer scientists collaborate with dancers and artists...as well as with the audience itself.
In this performance in Ray Theater, audience members interact both directly and digitally with the dance. Following an orientation in the lobby, groups of up to 40 people at a time will use their cell phone to determine the choreography of the human and robotic dancers.
Dance² is an exceptional modern dance performance that collapses the wall between artist and audience, individual and collective, machine and human.
Three show times for Dance² per date. Take in related experiences throughout PRAx before and after your selected time.
