PRAx and The School of Visual, Performing and Design Arts Present: Hour For The Ears
Experience a sensory journey of immersive listening under the guidance of composer and Patricia Valian Reser Director of the School of the Arts, Peter Swendsen.
The 2026-27 Hour for the Ears season will continue to feature a range of music spanning the early days of electronic music to cutting-edge ambisonic compositions. And for the first time, all three presentations will feature a live performance. In winter, Hour for the Ears presents What Noises Remain, a work for solo performer, video, and sound co-created by Swendsen and Oslo-based percussionist Jennifer Torrence.
