College of Liberal Arts | School of Visual, Performing and Design Arts and PRAx Present: Music à la Carte: Willamette River Chamber Trio
Grab your lunch and enjoy it at PRAx with a midday music interlude featuring some of the Willamette Valley's best chamber musicians. The Willamette River Chamber Trio features Lisa Zweben, violin/viola, Ken Saul, trumpet/flugelhorn, and Lauren Servias, piano. They will present newly commissioned works by OSU's own Director of Bands Olin Hannum and Portland area composer Freddy Vilches, along with masterful pieces by J.S. Bach and others.
Music à la Carte is a long-standing tradition at Oregon State, continuing this season in a new home at PRAx. It is presented by the College of Liberal Arts | School of Visual, Performing and Design Arts and PRAx, with support from student fees and a generous contribution from Marlan and Angela Carlson. Free, open to all.
