The School of Visual, Performing and Design Arts and University Theatre Present: The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde, directed by Craig Willis

The road to true love has many bumps along the way for Jack Worthing when his attempts to marry Gwendolyn are thwarted by the forbidding Lady Bracknell and further complicated by his rakish friend and rival Algernon Moncrieff. Oscar Wilde’s witty and enduring 1895 comedy of manners turns romance and the British class system inside-out with a heavy dose of deceit, scheming, and mistaken identity.
