Faculty Support
We look forward to supporting and celebrating your work in the arts and humanities.
PRAx is a center for research, collaboration, and creativity. We are dedicated to expanding possibilities for faculty research and creative practice by bringing together long-standing OSU institutions like Center for the Humanities and Spring Creek Project with performances, exhibitions and curriculum integration.
Support for all stages and forms of your research: Our funding opportunities have you covered—from brainstorming to publication or performance, from collaboration to solo residencies, and from curriculum development to course reallocations.
-
Faculty Fellowships & Residencies cultivate stronger research and creative practices via time and space to work, stipends, course reallocations, and opportunities for collaboration.
-
The Arts & Humanities Opportunity Fund supports any stage in the research process, from material supplies to indexing to developing and hosting a conference.
-
Campus Connections programs build relationships through curriculum development, student engagements, and faculty reading groups.
A streamlined application process: We've made the pathway to applying straightforward with one annual deadline for all Fellowships and Residencies (beginning of Winter Term), a once-per-term deadline for the Arts & Humanities Opportunity Fund (Monday of Week Four), and a single inquiry form for all Campus Connections programs (check it out).
