Corvallis Repertory Singers Presents: Candlelight and Carols: Nordic Light

“Nordic Light,” a multimedia work dedicated to the aurora borealis, immerses the audience in the Northern Lights through the folklore of Nordic peoples. The multimedia symphony combines chorus and orchestra with pre-recorded audio and video projections of storytellers and musicians, as well as film sequences by Norwegian visual artist Kjetil Skogli.

Join the Corvallis Repertory Singers as they celebrate their 25th Anniversary and journey into the past and back to the future. Starting with their roots with a concert devoted to Bach and Mozart, then to the upper regions of Norway, using color, sound, and video to bring the listeners a northern lights experience, and finally back in time to experience the drama of the story of Judith.
