Lightbox Happy Hour
Lightbox, n. 1. A translucent box with an internal light source, used for examining photographs, tracing designs or installing integrated artworks. 2. A device used to treat sadness caused by low levels of light. 3. Small servings of refined appetizers and snacks, beautifully presented in a convivial atmosphere.
Join us for the Lightbox Happy Hour, a casual, pre-show opportunity to purchase food, wine and other beverages from our partner Oregon State University Catering and to socialize with fellow concertgoers.
Inspired by the seven large lightboxes in the north lobby of PRAx, the Lightbox Happy Hour begins an hour before select performances and often occurs in conjunction with our pre-concert and event programming – including fun and enjoyable live music or arts opportunities ranging from guest artists to resident ensembles.
