Wayne Goins exemplifies virtuosity. He’ll be joined at PRAx by an all-star ensemble of Oregon musicians, including Ryan Biesack on percussion, Tyler Abbott on bass, Joe Manis on tenor sax and Torrey Newhart on piano. He will perform a happy hour set at 5:30 p.m. and a full set at 7 p.m.
